Tennis/Shuffleboard Courts One tennis court is available to renters and may be reserved through signup sheet. Two shuffleboard courts are available on a first come first serve basis.	Bicycles Bicycles are available to all renters of unit 303 and are located in the storage closet allowing you to avoid rental fees.
Pool The pool is located just outside condominium buildings.	Barbeque Barbeque areas are found outside all condominium units
